With a decade of experience in the design industry—including seven years at Tim O’Brien Homes—Kaylin Nick is dedicated to helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces that truly feel like home. As a Certified Design Consultant Professional through Success Strategies, she has guided over 100 homeowners in bringing their dream homes to life. Kaylin stays ahead of design trends to ensure each project blends style, innovation, and personalization. Outside of work, she enjoys renovating her own home, playing golf, and spending time with her husband and son.

Sage Evans

Design Center Coordinator

Meet Sage, our Design Center Coordinator at Tim O’Brien Homes! Growing up in a family of home builders, Sage developed a passion for interior design early on, inspiring her to pursue this dream professionally. She graduated with an associates degree in interior design from Madison Area Technical College in 2024 and brings valuable experience working with homeowners to help them bring their visions to life. Sage works with home buyers in both our Milwaukee and Madison design studios, guiding them through the selection process to create homes that reflect their style and needs.

Kelly Blanchar

Design Center Professional

Meet Kelly, our Design Center Professional in Madison! Kelly Blanchar brings over 10 years of experience in residential interior design and project management to our Madison team. With a passion for helping homeowners navigate the design process, she takes pride in creating spaces that reflect each customer’s unique style and vision. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys taking on her own design projects, spending time with her husband Mike, her grandchildren, and close friends.
